(a subsidiary of ACE Data Systems Ltd.) was founded in April 2016 from ACE Data Systems with 30 years old in Myanmar and Mitsuiwa Corporation with over 50 years ICT experience in Japan. The establishment of joint venture in Myanmar by Mitsuiwa Group and ACE aims at building for the provision of technology solution provider offering products and services, turnkey solution. As MAE strategy, we are improving and efficiently making the best use of IT as a key point of solution. IT Helpdesk (1 Post)
IT helpdesk technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify solutions to hardware.
- Troubleshooting and Resolving office network and related infra issues.
- Configuring operating systems.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to team leader.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Requirement:
- Good understanding of computer systems, network and other tech products.
- Problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to do the documentation.
- Willing to learn new technology and product.
- Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrate ability to achieve results.
- At least 1 year working experience in IT filed.
- Able to travel if required.

Solution Coordinator (2 Posts)
Solution Coordinator is for tasks of working closely with business development team to ensure the products being offered meet the business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Define system requirements and generate infrastructure sizing.
- Collaborate with sale team to identify the customer’s business need.
- Coordinate vendors, partners and internal team to create the competitive solution proposal for customers.
- Communicate with vendors and partners to understand their product and solution offering.
- Engage all technical resources required for solution design.
- Involve and discuss partners’ technical seminars, online training and customer meetings.
- Assist the Account Manager for presentation to the customer as appropriate.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in providing IT infrastructure solution.
- Understanding and good knowledge in technologies such as network, servers, storage, backup, replication and data center solutions.
- Ability to learn new technology and product.
- Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrate the ability to achieve results, good customer handling skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build the effective customer relationship.
- Problem-solving ability.
